A strong believer of seeking improvement, user first approach and data-driven decision making. Currently leading conversion rate optimzation from engeering standpoint, spearheading ideation, execution of A/B tests and data driven scaling. With a great passion for advocating for the user, and having the chance to work closely with product teams, I have helped implement complex product initiatives from execution to successful completion. As an engineer, I have had the opportunity to make an impact through developing scalable solutions and leading numerous projects successfully. Having a diverse range of experience in engineering, growth hacking and experimentation, I am currently helping in achieving maximum year on year growth in a very competitive trucking industry.
