I joined We Love X in 2021 as a growth PM. Today I run organic growth as a P&L. I own a seven-digit Euro target across 10+ sites, lead a cross-functional team across content, SEO, design, sales, product, and engineering, and report to the CEO.
The job isn’t one thing. In a given week I’m picking which bets to take, hiring against them, sitting in feature reviews before something ships, looking at test results, and pushing the team on AEO/GEO before the rest of the market catches up. I built the CRO function from scratch. It’s run 1,100+ tests across numerous verticals. I built the content pipeline from scratch too.
Most growth functions stall because no one owns the connective tissue between strategy, content, product, and delivery. I own that connective tissue. That’s the actual job.
Four years in: 3× EBITDA, 30% conversion lift on lead gen, publisher partnerships from zero to six-figure margin in 12 months, AEO/GEO built as a new acquisition channel before most companies had it on the roadmap.
